Four-Star Edge Rusher Jayden Woods Commits To Penn State Football

Class of 2025 four-star defensive end Jayden Woods committed to Penn State football, he announced Wednesday. Woods is the 19th commit and the 10th four-star recruit in the Nittany Lions’ class of 2025.

Woods, a Shawnee, Kansas native, is the No. 18 player at his position and the No. 5 player in Sunflower State, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Woods joins fellow four-star edge rushers Max Granville and Cortez Harris in this Penn State recruiting class.

Woods chose the Nittany Lions over the likes of Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Purdue. Penn State had the No. 9 class in the nation before Woods’s commitment, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.
