Penn State Athletics Gets $10 Million Toward Beaver Stadium Renovations

Count every penny, Pat Kraft.

Penn State Athletics received a $10 million anonymous donation toward Beaver Stadium renovations, it announced Wednesday. The donation was the second eight-figure movement of the $700 million project.

“This generous family has supported our department in a number of ways, and we are so grateful to have them as a leader in our fundraising efforts for the revitalization,” said Kraft, vice president for intercollegiate athletics. “This gift is a unique symbol of a deep commitment to a significant priority. We are so thankful to have the support we have received in the early stages of fundraising for this project.”

A previous donation of $25 million was made by the Misitano Family and PAM Health. The two donations combined have paid for 5% of the entire project.
