The Best On-Campus Viewpoints Of Beaver Stadium
Beaver Stadium is one of the most iconic structures at Penn State, having the role as the crown jewel of the Athletics department.
As one of the largest stadiums in the world, it also serves as more than just a venue. Beaver Stadium is a testament to the Nittany Lion spirit and lifestyle.
With that being said, we decided to compile some of the best places to view Beaver Stadium in order to soak in all its glory.
Top Of Parking Garages
Eisenhower Parking Deck is a fan favorite for a view of the stadium, but there are many other parking garages downtown and on campus that also provide wonderful viewpoints of Beaver Stadium.
Lot 43
Lot 43 provides a great panoramic view of Beaver Stadium. If you go at the right time of day, you can even witness a beautiful sunset adjacent to the stadium.
Jeffrey Field
Penn State’s soccer field provides a great viewpoint of the structure of the stadium that truly encapsulates how large it is. If you’re lucky enough, you may even see a rainbow!
East Park Avenue
Day or night, East Park Avenue is the spot to take in Beaver Stadium and its beautiful scene.
The Bryce Jordan Center Lot
The Bryce Jordan Center parking lot allows fans and spectators to get a glimpse of the famous Penn State logo. If you go during the spring, the stadium will be complimented by trees in full bloom.
Mount Nittany
While this isn’t easy to get to, it’s still a great view. If you’re ever on a hike up the area’s best-known hill, whether it’s during a Penn State football game or not, take a look down. You won’t be disappointed.
