Penn State College Republicans To Host 9/11 Memorial

To honor those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Penn State College Republicans will host its annual memorial throughout the week beginning on Monday, September 9.

College Republicans will place 2,977 flags in memory of each victim of 9/11 on Old Main Lawn at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 9.

Then, at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, the organization will host a memorial featuring keynote addresses from State College Mayor Ezra Nanes, Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi, and Pennsylvania Senator Cris Dush.
