Report: Penn State Football To Host UMass In 2028

Penn State football will reportedly play UMass on September 16, 2028, at Beaver Stadium, according to a report from FBSchedules.com.

The Nittany Lions previously hosted the Minutemen in a 63-0 win last season during a downpour at Beaver Stadium. The only other matchup between the two programs resulted in a 48-7 win at Beaver Stadium in 2014.

Penn State is also scheduled for non-conference games against Syracuse and Ball State in 2028. The Nittany Lions are scheduled to host conference opponents UCLA, Oregon, Ohio State, Iowa, and Indiana while facing Nebraska, USC, Michigan State, and Rutgers on the road.
