[Photo Story] Homecoming 2024 ‘For The Glory’ Talent Show

The spotlight was on Schwab Auditorium on Tuesday night, as it hosted the 2024 Homecoming “For The Glory” Talent Show.

A range of performances lit up the stage, with dance teams, a cappella groups, and THON organizations bringing high-energy routines that thrilled the audience.

With a packed house and the Homecoming court present to show its support, the event was buzzing with excitement. Our photographers were on the scene to capture the magic of the night.

The show opened with an impressive number by Volé, followed by the incredible sound of The Statesmen, raising the bar for the rest of the performances.

The audience roared from performances from Nittany Dance Project, Réve Dance Company, and Urban Dance Troupe.

Throughout the night, a cappella groups Blue in the Face and Savoir Faire transported the audience into a real-life “Pitch Perfect” experience with their stunning vocal performances.

The crowd was captivated by remarkable performances from Orchesis, the Penn State Dance Alliance, and Tapestry.

Tapestry’s lively tap dancing and the energetic Irish dance from Rince Na Leon kept the audience on the edge of its seats.

Atlas delivered an electrifying performance, dancing to a mix of songs ending with “Unwritten,” getting the entire audience to sing along.

The show featured special appearances by Allen Street Jam winners Whiplash and the 2024 Homecoming Court before revealing this year’s winner and bringing the evening to a close.

For the third year in a row, Urban Dance Troupe clinched first place, earning the opportunity to perform at THON 2025.
