Cam Wallace Out With Long-Term Injury

Penn State football running back Cam Wallace suffered a long-term injury during the contest with Kent State, James Franklin announced at his Monday press conference.

The redshirt freshman entered the game late against the Golden Flashes with Penn State in control but suffered an injury during the fourth quarter of the win. He missed Saturday’s game against Illinois.

Wallace, part of the recruiting class of 2023, came to Penn State as a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports.

Before his injury, Wallace had carried the ball 18 times for 63 yards this season in his role as the backup.
