Penn State Athletics Receives $5 Million For Beaver Stadium Renovations From Frank & Jennifer Marzano

Penn State Athletics has received a $5 million donation from Frank and Jennifer Marzano for Beaver Stadium renovations. In recognition of the donation, the stadium’s west sideline’s primary club will be named the Marzano Club.

“We are incredibly appreciative of Frank and Jenn for their generous gift to our Beaver Stadium Revitalization project,” Patrick Kraft, vice president for intercollegiate athletics, said in a statement. “The Marzanos are a Penn State family through and through and have strong roots in our Happy Valley community. They understand the importance of Beaver Stadium and the impact it will have on our student-athletes, alumni, and fans as one of the premier venues for years to come.”

Frank Marzano founded a wealth management group, GM Advisory Group, in 2004 and served as the managing principal. Frank Marzano sold the first in 2023 and moved to Wealthshire Advisors to serve as managing director. Frank Marzano has been featured as a top financial advisor in numerous publications, including Barron’s and Forbes, and was inducted into Barron’s Advisor Hall of Fame in 2024.

Frank Marzano graduated from Penn State in 1994 with a degree in accounting. Frank and Jenn Marzano have five children and their two oldest children, Frank Marzano Jr. and Jiana Marzano are both recent grads. Frank Marzano Jr. graduated from Schreyer Honors College with a degree in economics and a master’s in accounting, and Jiana Marzano graduated with a degree in accounting and is pursuing her master’s in accounting. Frank and Jenn’s third child, Angelina Marzano, is a freshman at Penn State.

“Our family’s connection to Penn State runs deep and we take immense pride in contributing to this transformational project,” Frank Marzano said. “Beaver Stadium is very special to our family and has been a place we have gathered for years to celebrate the rich history and traditions Penn State has to offer. This project is not just an investment in infrastructure; it’s an investment in the future of Penn State, in the memories and experiences that will last a lifetime, and in ensuring that the legacy of our athletics department continues to thrive. We are proud to be part of something so meaningful, not only for our family but for generations for all Penn State fans for years to come.”

Editor’s Note: Frank Marzano Jr., better known as Frankie, is a former Onward State associate editor, and Angelina Marzano is a current Onward State staff member. Neither Frankie nor Angelina had editorial oversight of this coverage.
