In case you live under a rock and are unaware of the viral TikTok trend, the two worlds of Minecraft and college football have combined to create quite the niche. The trend has amassed millions of views across the platform and has certainly caught the attention of college football fans all over the country.

Essentially, a user created the MCAA, also known as Minecraft Collegiate Athletic Association, creating clever team names that incorporate aspects from Minecraft into the names of standing universities. In addition, the user built corresponding stadiums to simulate the MCAA games.

For example, the MCAA includes schools like Villager Tech (Virginia Tech), Ole Moo (Ole Miss), and the Penn State equivalent, “Pig State.” Because this trend has blown up over the past two weeks, we thought it would be fun to join in on the action and brainstorm the Pig State equivalent names for of our beloved Penn State football players.
