Penn State Football Hints At New End Zone Ahead Of Ohio State Game

Block Penn State letters are no more, folks.

Penn State football hinted at a debut of a new end zone design on Wednesday, featuring script lettering spelling out “Penn State” ahead of Saturday’s matchup against Ohio State.

The design was a deviation from the program’s normal block-letter end zones.

Penn State has changed its end zones in the past, featuring retro designs ahead of Homecoming games with “Generations of Greatness” themes. With Penn State’s Homecoming game in 2024 wedged in between several other home games, the program couldn’t make the switch.

No. 3 Penn State kicks off against No. 4 Ohio State at noon in Beaver Stadium on Saturday, November 2. The game will air on FOX.
