Penn State Football Falls To No. 6 In AP Poll

Penn State football fell three spots to No. 6 in the latest AP Poll, the Associated Press announced Sunday. The drop came after the Nittany Lions fell to No. 3 Ohio State 20-13 on Saturday.

Penn State and Texas A&M were the only top-10 teams to lose on Saturday. Notably, Oregon beat Michigan, Georgia beat Florida, Miami beat Duke, and Tennessee beat Kentucky.

The new top five consists of Oregon, Georgia, Ohio State, Texas, and Miami. Penn State was still ahead of Indiana, which is undefeated and ranked No. 8.

The Nittany Lions will look to bounce back against Washington at 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, for the annual White Out game. The game will stream on Peacock.
