Gameday Coverage: No. 4 Penn State vs. Maryland

It’s the regular-season finale, folks.

Penn State will host Maryland on Saturday as a part of Senior Day inside Beaver Stadium. The Terps have struggled this year, but they’re all that stands between Penn State and a potential College Football Playoff berth.

Here’s everything you need to know for Saturday afternoon’s tilt.

Television

The Nittany Lions will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network. Jeff Levering will be the play-by-play announcer, while Jake Butt will serve as the color analyst. Brooke Fletcher will be the sideline reporter.

Weather

Saturday will be breezy and cold with a high of 29°, according to Accuweather. There will be periods of clouds and sun and the potential for a few stray snowflakes during the game.

Injuries

Both Anthony Donkoh and Alonzo Ford Jr. suffered long-term injuries against Minnesota. Kaden Saunders has been out for the past few weeks, while Elliott Washington II was out against Minnesota. Julian Fleming was also questionable against Minnesota and didn’t play.

Betting Lines

Penn State opened as 24.5-point favorites over the Terrapins, according to DraftKings. The over/under is listed at 50 points, and the money line is at -2800 for the Nittany Lions.
