Penn State Football Defensive Lineman T.A. Cunningham Entering Transfer Portal

Penn State football freshman defensive lineman T.A. Cunningham is entering the transfer portal, according to a report from On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Cunningham did not see any snaps this season. The 6’5″, 289-pound former four-star recruit from Atlanta, Georgia, will have all four years of eligibility remaining.

Cunningham is the third Nittany Lion to reportedly enter the transfer portal, joining tight end Jerry Cross and wide receiver Feyisayo Oluleye.

If Cunningham departs, he leaves a crowded defensive line room consisting of other young, talented prospects including Max Granville, Xavier Gilliam, and Jaylen Harvey.
