Jordan Fusco Named CSC Second Team Academic All-American

Penn State women’s soccer midfielder Jordan Fusco was given College Sports Communicators (CSC) Second Team Academic All-American honors, the program announced Tuesday.

CSC rewards student-athletes who represent the highest level of academic and athletic achievement through their Academic All-District and All-American programs.

After playing three years at Tennessee, Fusco transferred to Penn State for her senior year and made an immediate impact. Fusco recorded a career-high 12 assists in her 25 appearances this season, helping to lead the Nittany Lions to the national quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.

Earlier this year, Fusco was also named Second-Team All-Big Ten and earned United Soccer Coaches Second-Team All-North Region honors.
