Freshman Wide Receiver Tyseer Denmark Out Against SMU

True freshman wide receiver Tyseer Denmark was listed as out on Penn State football’s availability report ahead of the College Football Playoff game against SMU. Cornerback Elliot Washington II and safety Tyrece Mills are listed as quesionable.

Denmark has played in three games this season and caught a 13-yard pass against Kent State, had one rush against Purdue, and cuaght a 15-yard touchdown as time expired against Maryland.

Washington missed the last two games of the regular season against Minnesota and Maryland, but was not listed on the report in the Big Ten Championship game against Oregon. The sophomore defensive back has 20 tackles, five pass break ups, and an interception this season.

This became the first time Mills has appeared on the availability report this year. The redshirt senior has 15 tackles this season and has played primarily on special teams.

K.J. Winston, Cam Wallace, Kaden Saunders, Keon Wylie, Zuriah Fisher, Alonzo Ford, Kaleb Artis, Anthony Donkoh, and Andrew Rappleyea remain out for the Nittany Lions
