Report: Former Penn State Football Cornerback Cam Miller Signs With Rutgers

Former Penn State football cornerback Cam Miller has signed with Rutgers, per Pete Nakos of On3. Miller entered the transfer portal after the Nittany Lions lost to Notre Dame in the Orange Bowl.

Miller came to Penn State in 2022, playing in 11 games and making five tackles. He followed up his freshman season with an appearance in all 13 games last season, recording 24 tackles, three sacks, and an interception. During the 2024 season, Miller managed 27 total tackles, one sack, and five passes defended.

Miller was the third starter from Penn State’s secondary to leave the program after Jalen Kimber and Jaylen Reed declared for the NFL Draft.
