[Photo Story] Molly Santana Lights Up Alumni Hall With Memorable SPA Day Performance

SPA Day is back, folks.

While “Dancing With The Stars: Live!” took over the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State’s Student Programming Association took over the HUB for its annual SPA Day. After a day of games and Stephen Nedoroscik, SPA closed out the night with a concert featuring Molly Santana.

Of course, our photographers were on the scene to capture it all.

With Azealia Banks unexpectedly dropping out of the SPA Day performance, it was up to ShowJoe and Santana to turn a frustrated crowd into a roaring audience.

Santana’s producer and DJ, ShowJoe, stepped up as the opener to warm the crowd up with classic hits from Drake, Ken Carson, Travis Scott, and Playboi Carti.

He ended his set by having someone from the crowd perform “F*** Up Some Commas” by Future.

Santana came out hot playing some of her mosh pit-worthy songs like “Black Ops” and “Windows Up.”

Santana then surprised the crowd by playing an unreleased song, teasing a new album said to be on the way.

Santana ended her set by playing her most iconic song “Chain Swangin,” leaving the audience more than satisfied with her SPA day performance.
