At 6 p.m. on Friday, February 21, everyone in the Bryce Jordan Center will stand up for the start of THON 2025. Many of these brave participants will remain standing and on the floor until 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 23.

With thousands of Penn State students in the BJC and trying once again to break the record for the most money raised, we want your advice on the best ways for THON dancers to stay awake, hydrated, and energetic for the full 46 hours.
