Penn State Men’s Hockey Remains Ranked No. 18 In Latest USCHO Poll

Penn State men’s hockey stuck at No. 18 in the latest USCHO Poll after a sweep of Notre Dame, the organization announced Monday.

The Nittany Lions swept the Fighting Irish in a two-game series at the Pegula Ice Arena on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, Penn State jumped out to a 3-0 lead before winning 5-3.

On Saturday, the Nittany Lions exchanged scores with Notre Dame before scoring two goals to grab a 3-1 lead. Penn State conceded a goal in the third period before securing a 3-2 win.

Penn State will look to extend its four-game winning streak as it travels to face No. 1 Michigan State in a two-game series starting on Friday, February 21.
