[Photo Story] The Fray Delivers Electric THON 2025 Performance

Rock band The Fray took the stage Friday night of THON 2025 as the surprise guest performer, performing hits like “Over My Head,” “You Found Me,” and “How to Save a Life.”

Lead singer Joe King, along with his band members, kicked off the show with the classic “We Are” chant before jumping into “She Is,” followed by one of its hit songs, “Over My Head.” The band impressed the THON crowd with drum solos, dance moves, and a wide range of vocals.

The group then performed “Heartbeat” and “Closer To Me” ahead of “Look After You,” which led the crowd to take out its flashlights and wave them side to side in unison.

The Fray followed with the intro to “Love Don’t Die,” another THON crowd pleaser. King then jumped off the stage and joined the crowd of dancers for “Hurricane” interacting with dancers. After making his way back up onto the stage and thanking the crowd, The Fray performed “Syndicate” followed by “Never Say Never” and “You Found Me.”

Throughout the performance, crowd members were singing and dancing along to the band’s early 2000s hits, especially when they sang “You Found Me” before its closing number.

The band ended with “How to Save a Life” before departing from the THON stage after an electrifying performance to kick off THON Weekend.
