A Look At THON 2025’s Breakfast Options

The most important meal of the day, right?
The concourse offers a relatively impressive selection of breakfast foods that are sure to give you the energy you need to finish off your grueling all-nighter graveyard shift or simply jumpstart your legs so you can stand for as long as needed.
Let’s take a peek at what’s on the early morning menu!
Breakfast Sandwiches
Folks have five different options when picking a breakfast sandwich, all of which will cost you (or your meal plan) $5.
Folks can get sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant; ham, egg, and cheese on an English muffin; sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit; sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel; or turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin.
Acai Bowl
While not exclusive to breakfast time, acai bowls are a greatly welcomed addition to the breakfast options here at the BJC.
For a hefty price of $12, folks can purchase a bowl of acai accompanied by your choice of toppings.
The list of available toppings consists of chocolate chips, banana slices, coconut flakes, blueberries, granola, honey, and Nutella.
Bakery Items & On-The-Go Options
The BJC has a few options for those who love a good dose of carbs in the morning, including individually packaged waffles for $3 and bagels with cream cheese for $3.
Cliff and Kind bars are available for $3 at various grab-and-go stations in the concourse.
Fruit is a superb option to add to your breakfast to get some fiber and vitamins in your system. For $1, folks can buy an orange, an apple, or a banana.
Auntie Anne’s
If you really wanted to, you could even hit up everyone’s favorite pretzel joint for a cinnamon sugar pretzel paired with sweet glaze sauce for dipping. The pretzel will run you $7, but if you want the dip as well, you’ll have to pay another $2.
Beverages
There appears to be a nice selection of both hot and cold breakfast beverages available to THON participants looking to quench their thirst. If the frigid AC is giving you the shivers, you can opt for a Starbucks Coffee or a Stadium Hot Cocoa, both of which cost $3.
There are traditional breakfast drinks available as well, such as Creamery chocolate milk and orange juice for $4 each.
In the grab-and-go stations, folks can find Naked juice for $5 or the generally frowned upon ultra-caffeinated Starbucks double-shot for $6.
Of course, good old-fashioned water always does the trick too.
