Penn State Men’s Lacrosse Moves Up To No. 8 In Inside Lacrosse Rankings

Penn State men’s lacrosse moved up to No. 8 in the latest edition of Inside Lacrosse rankings, which were released Monday.

This move in the rankings came after Penn State defeated then-No. 13 Michigan on Saturday. Before that win, the Nittany Lions had suffered back-to-back defeats to then-No. 2 Maryland and then-No. 9 Ohio State the last two weeks, which dropped them to No. 9 last week after climbing as high as No. 2 earlier in the season.

Other Big Ten teams in the week eight rankings include No. 2 Ohio State, No. 6 Maryland, No. 14 Michigan, and No. 19 Johns Hopkins.

Penn State will return to action on Saturday, April 12, when it will take on No. 19 Johns Hopkins in its annual Wear White game at Panzer Stadium.
