R-VOICE Center To Host Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month Events Throughout April

The Relationship Violence Outreach, Intervention, and Community Education (R-VOICE) Center will host several events throughout the month for Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM).
The events aim to raise and spread awareness about sexual violence while supporting and educating students. This year’s theme, “STEP FORWARD. Prevent. Report. Advocate.,” encourages students to help prevent and respond to sexual violence.
“These events are about creating a culture of support and connection,” R-VOICE Center program coordinator Sophia Mills said in a release. “By coming together, we build the kind of community where survivors feel seen, heard, and supported.”
