New players. Same standard.

Penn State women’s volleyball freshman Gabrielle Nichols was selected to the USA U19 team that will compete in the 2025 World Championship.

The 6’2″ middle blocker out of Winston Salem, North Carolina, is one of 12 players on the roster.

Nichols joined the Nittany Lions in January, and appeared in the spring match against Pitt, which resulted in a 3-2 loss.

The tournament will run from July 2 to July 13 in Croatia and Serbia, with America opening its slate against Spain on the first day.
