Penn State Football Wide Receiver Josiah Brown Suffers Long-Term Injury

Penn State football redshirt freshman wide receiver Josiah Brown has suffered a long-term injury, per 247Sports’ Daniel Gallen.

The Malverne, New York, native committed to the Nittany Lions as a four-star wideout in June 2023. He was also tabbed as the No. 57 receiver in the 2024 recruiting class and No. 2 player in New York. Brown recorded 589 all-purpose yards and eight touchdowns in his senior year of high school.

Brown redshirted his freshman campaign at Penn State and now faces more time off the field with the injury. His specific injury and timeline to return are unclear at this time.
