Penn State Football Defensive End Zuriah Fisher Listed As Out Against Nevada

Penn State football defensive end Zuriah Fisher is listed as out in Penn State’s season opener against Nevada. The defensive end is still dealing with an injury from last year, but is expected to start once healthy.

Fellow defensive end Max Granville is also out and is not expected to return during the 2025 season. The redshirt freshman had a lot of hype from James Franklin last season, but will have to wait to show off his talents. Mason Robinson and Jordan Meyer will also be out for some time.

Defensive tackle Kaleb Artis is in a similar boat. Still battling with an injury from the past season, but could find an important place in the depth chart when healthy.

For the receivers, Josiah Brown, Kaden Saunders, and Peter Gonzalez will miss the game. Gonzalez, who was injured last season, has been practicing but has not yet returned to full strength. Saunders and Brown are both battling long-term injuries from over the summer and are expected to miss the 2025 season.

In the corner back room, Donte Nastasi will sit out for the first game while Zion Tracy is listed as questionable. Tracy gained popularity for his pick-six last season against Ohio State.

Quarterback Bekkem Kritza, punter Eagan Boyer, offensive lineman Liam Horan, and offensive lineman Brady O’Hara will also miss time.
