Lady Lions Reveal Full 2025-26 Non-Conference Schedule

Despite football season being underway, Penn State women’s basketball is almost upon us.

The Lady Lions announced their full out-of-conference slate for the 2025-26 season on X this Friday.

The Lady Lions, who are coming off a disappointing last season, will open their season against Bucknell once again at the Bryce Jordan Center on November 3. Both teams played each other last year as their season opener, where Penn State came out victorious. This will be the beginning of a three-game homestand for the Lady Lions, where they will take on Cincinnati on November 7 and Coppin State on November 12.

After this homestand, Penn State women’s basketball will travel to St. Joseph’s for its first road game of the season on November 16. It will return to the Bryce Jordan Center for two straight out-of-conference home games, where it will take on Yale on November 30 and Arizona State on December 10.

The Lady Lions will head to Columbia, South Carolina, to take on three-time national champions South Carolina on December 14. This will be their final single-game out-of-conference game before they head to Richmond, Virginia, for the 4 the Culture Tournament to close out their non-conference slate. Penn State women’s basketball will face VCU on December 20 and Richmond the following day at this tournament.
