Penn State-UCLA Scheduled For 3:30 P.M. Kickoff On CBS

Penn State football’s October 4 matchup against UCLA is set for a 3:30 p.m. EST kickoff on CBS, the Big Ten announced Monday.

The clash between the Bruins and Nittany Lions is the two programs’ second consecutive year meeting after the Big Ten realignment ahead of the 2024 season. In last season’s game, the Nittany Lions comfortably beat the Bruins at Beaver Stadium in their first contest since 1968.

It’ll be Penn State’s first game at the Rose Bowl since its 2023 bowl win over Utah and its first-ever matchup against UCLA in the iconic venue in Pasadena, California.

Penn State is 3-0 ahead of its White Out showdown against Oregon on September 27. UCLA has started 0-3 ahead of its week five matchup against Northwestern. The Bruins fired head coach DeShaun Foster following their 35-10 loss to New Mexico at the Rose Bowl on September 12.

The Nittany Lions’ first road trip of the regular season will be their furthest as Penn State makes the cross-country trip to Pasadena.
