[Photo Story] Allen Street Fall Festival 2025

What a beautiful, sunny day for the 24th Annual Downtown Fall Festival!

The festival took place Saturday evening, inviting families to come out and enjoy the perfect fall weather before Penn State’s football matchup on the road against UCLA. This year’s event blended classic autumn festivities with an engagement fair, giving community members the chance to connect with local organizations.

Our photographers were up and down Allen Street capturing all the fun and excitement throughout the evening. From food to family-friendly activities, there were plenty of opportunities for everyone to celebrate the season together.

There were plenty of pumpkins, and even pumpkin painting, to set the perfect mood for October!

There were even horse rides offered throughout the day!

Plenty of local organizations joined in on the fun and set up tables to meet community members and share ways to get involved!

Food trucks lined the street that offered everything from sweet treats to savory favorites for folks to enjoy.

The festival also featured free face painting, caricatures, and balloon animals, adding extra fun for families throughout the evening.

It turned out to be the perfect day for a perfect event!
