Former Penn State Football Cornerback Jalen Kimber Released From Buffalo Bills’ Practice Squad

Former Penn State football cornerback Jalen Kimber was released from the Buffalo Bills’ practice squad, the team announced on Tuesday evening.
It’s just the latest move in Kimber’s already extensive relationship with the Bills. The Tennessee Titans signed him following the 2025 NFL Draft as an undrafted free agent. Tennessee waived him on August 25, and the Bills picked him up three days later. That move was short-lived as Buffalo released him on September 23.
Two weeks later, on October 7, the Bills signed him back to the practice squad. Only a week later, Kimber finds himself without a team once more.
Kimber only suited up for Penn State in his 2024 redshirt senior campaign after transferring in from Florida. He made 14 starts for the Nittany Lions in 15 games, tallying 35 tackles, one tackle-for-loss, and three pass breakups.
