Penn State Women’s Soccer Signs Seven Recruits On National Signing Day

Penn State women’s soccer added three forwards, three midfielders, and a goalkeeper in the class of 2025 on National Signing Day, the program announced Thursday on X. The Nittany Lions bring in the third best class in the country and top-rated class in the Big Ten.
Their first signee of the day, forward Anna Babcock, comes out of Sedro-Woolley, Washington. Babcock recently played for Crossfire Premier and the United States U-17 National Team.
According to topdrawersoccer.com, she carries a four-star rating into Happy Valley.
Penn State’s second forward signee is an Allentown, Pennsylvania, native, Ellie Kocher. Kocher attends Parkland High School and competes with the Penn Fusion Soccer Academy.
Kocher recently played with the United States U-17 National team at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Morocco, where she scored one goal.
The Nittany Lions added a third forward on National Signing Day. Olivia Robinson is from Scotch Plains, New Jersey, where she attended Rutgers Prep and played for the STA Soccer club.
Robinson was also a member of the United States U-17 Team, where she played at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Morocco.
She carries a four-star rating according to topdrawersoccer.com and has earned multiple accolades, including making the Olympic Development Programs State and Regional Teams, as well as the Academy Select Team.
The third signee of the day is Greenfield, Indiana’s own, midfielder Emma Johnson. Johnson comes out of Mt. Vernon High School and the Lexington USL club.
The second midfielder signee of the day is midfielder Paige Pasinski from Phoenix, Arizona. Pasinski is a senior out of Sunrise Mountain High School and played for SC Del Sol Soccer Club.
She holds a four-star rating according to topdrawersoccer.com, where she earns team selections, including the ODP State and Regional Team and both the U15 and U16 National Teams.
Penn State’s final midfielder signee is Layla Tomezak from Rochester Hills, Michigan. Tomezak attended Adams High School and played for Nationals Soccer. She holds a three-star rating.
Goalkeeper Lily Selvy from O’Fallon, Missouri, is also headed to Happy Valley. O’Fallon is a current senior at Fort Zumwalt North and comes from Lou Fusz Athletic.
Selvey is a three-star recruit according to topdrawersoccer.com. Selvey was selected to the ODP State Team and received a U.S. Soccer Training Invite.
Penn State continues its season on Saturday, Novemeber 15, at Jeffrey Field in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against Army.
