Report: Penn State Football Offensive Lineman Michael Troutman III Enters Transfer Portal

Penn State football offensive lineman Michael Troutman III has entered the transfer portal, per Cody Nagel. Troutman has four years of eligibility remaining.

The DePaul Catholic High School product didn’t play a snap in 2025, preserving his redshirt. As a recruit, Troutman was the No. 21 player in New Jersey and No. 50 interior offensive lineman in the class of 2025, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings.

The Wayne, New Jersey, native originally picked Penn State over Duke and Rutgers. He is the Nittany Lions’ 48th player to enter the transfer portal.
