Former Tiffin Offensive Lineman Tyshon Huff Transfers To Penn State Football

Matt Campbell and Co. are dipping into the Division II ranks as they continue to fill out their roster in the transfer portal. Former Tiffin University offensive lineman Tyshon Huff has committed to transfer to Penn State Football, he announced on social media Monday night. He has two years of eligibility remaining.

Huff was a starter for Tiffin in 2025 after playing just one game over his first two seasons. He entered the transfer portal after the season, getting interest from Buffalo, Troy, and Wyoming before eventually choosing Penn State.

Huff is the first player to ever transfer directly from Division II to Penn State in the transfer portal era and the third player to transfer in from outside of the FBS in this cycle, joining FCS Saint Francis offensive lineman Hunter Albright and Grambling State wide receiver Keith Jones Jr. The 6’4″, 300-pound interior lineman is the fifth offensive lineman to transfer to Penn State out of the portal.
