Penn State Women’s Hockey Remains At No. 4 In USCHO Poll

Holding steady to begin February.

After finishing a season sweep over Robert Morris over the weekend, Penn State women’s hockey stayed at No. 4 in the USCHO poll, as announced on Monday. Northeastern taking Quinnipiac’s spot at No. 5 is the only change in the rankings for the top five teams this week.

The Nittany Lions added two more conference wins this weekend, with one coming inside Beaver Stadium. Penn State sits 20 points behind No. 3 Minnesota, a slight improvement from last week’s 21-point deficit.

Penn State will look to continue its dominance in AHA play this weekend on the road against Lindenwood. The first game of the series is scheduled for a 5 p.m. puck drop on Friday, February 6.
