Crowdsource: We Want To Hear Advice From Former THON Dancers

THON is almost here, folks!

In less than three weeks, the world’s largest student-run philanthropy will take place for the 53rd year. From 6 p.m. on Friday, February 20, to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, THON 2026 dancers will take the floor at the Bryce Jordan Center to raise money to fight pediatric cancer.

As thousands of dancers prepare to stand for 46 hours, we want to hear advice from former THON dancers on any tips and tricks for having a successful weekend. Whether it’s tips on preparing to stand, what to wear, or how to stay energized and awake, we want to hear any words of motivation you might have. Help this year’s THON dancers achieve their goals and make it another record-breaking year.
