Power Ranking Sorority Bid Day 2026 Themes

Another bid day has officially come and gone.

These fun days, when sororities run home to their new sisters, feature creative themes, matching T-shirts, and venues adorned with decorations. Whether you were part of the action or followed along on social media, the bid day themes are hands down the most fascinating parts of recruitment.

Without further ado, here’s Onward State’s ranking of the bid day 2026 themes. Note: I have no bias towards any of these sororities and know very little about Greek culture.

18. Sigma Kappa: Welcome To Palm Springs

This was just nothing special to me. Not obsessed with the decorations or the shirts. I liked the retro-y vibe it gave off, but it just didn’t hit anywhere else.

17. Alpha Sigma Alpha: ASA Gives Me Butterflies

To me, this theme was giving 2016 with Unicorn Frappes, butterflies on everything, and galaxy leggings vibes. Maybe that is what they were going for, and if so, they got it spot on. Just not my taste.

16. Phi Sigma Sigma: Now Playing: Phi Sig

I really like the theme, but it’s a little too reminiscent of last year’s theme, “Next Stop: Phi Sig,” and I need a bit more creativity. However, I love the Hollywood-ness at State Theater.

15. Alpha Delta Pi: Once Upon A Bid Day

Nothing much to say, just not loving the T-Shirts or accessories.

14. Kappa Delta: J’Adore KD

This theme was cute, but pretty basic. There’s been better.

13. Delta Phi Epsilon: You’re The Star We’ve Been Wishing For

The themes this year are so good that it’s so hard to put some of these towards the bottom. I love a good star theme. I just loved some of these a little more.

12. Sigma Sigma Sigma: Masters

This isn’t exactly what I think of when I think of a Master’s theme, more so old money chic, but I still really like it.

11. Alpha Phi: Ivy League

A good theme to go along with one of the top sororities at Penn State. Nothing special, but cute.

10. Delta Zeta: Rounding Up PC’26

Really fun theme and loving the shirts, but missing just that little bit of flair. Giddy up, cowgirls!

9. Alpha Omicron Pi: Ready To Draft MC’26

Super Bowl 60 is right around the corner, so this is the perfect theme for this time of year. Almost ready to be an All-American.

8. Kappa Alpha Theta: Berry Sweet

Love the play on words, and these girls just look as sweet as pie. No notes.

7. Gamma Phi Beta: City Of GPhis

Now this was Coachella 2016 done right. Flower crowns, angel wings, and peace signs– a good time to be alive.

6. Delta Gamma: Deep Sea, Delta G

Little Mermaid meets MC’26! Keep on swimming, girls.

5. Alpha Xi Delta: Welcome To The Amalf-Xi Coast

4. Kappa Kappa Gamma: Next Stop: Kappa Valley

The sisters of Kappa took a road trip home. Simple, but love the Route 66 theme.

3. Sigma Delta Tau: All Tides Lead To Sig Del

These sisters caught a wave into Sig Delt for Bid Day. The decorations and banners are super cute and very on-theme.

2. Zeta Tau Alpha: Grand Zlam

The sisters of Zeta hit a home run with PC ’26 and are hoping for a successful rookie year. Absolutely love the decorations and T-Shirts. 10/10

1. Pi Beta Phi: My, My Miss American Pi Phi

This one is reminiscent of our No. 2 from last year with the American theme and Coke bottles. Although this theme has been done before, the execution and decorations are spot on and really fit these angles.
