[Photo Story] THON 2026 Human Tunnel

Before standing for 46 hours straight, THON dancers are greeted by hundreds of supporters in a human tunnel that runs all the way down University Drive.

Our photographers captured the magical moments of THON dancers making their march into the Bryce Jordan Center.

Dancers waving to supporters in the crowd en route to the BJC.

An ode to the bags slung across the shoulders of dancers, that carry over two days’ worth of clothes, enrichment, and hygiene products.

Headbands? Secured.

As expected, there is a range of emotions on display heading into 46 hours of no sitting, no sleeping.

They’ve made it to the floor!

Hugs all around!
