Penn State Men’s Lacrosse Falls To No. 15 In Inside Lacrosse Rankings

Penn State men’s lacrosse fell to No. 15 in the latest edition of Inside Lacrosse rankings. The Nittany Lions have now fallen eight spots since they started the season as the No. 7 team in the country.

Penn State fell five spots due to its second loss of the season last week against previously unranked Navy, which is No. 20 in this week’s rankings. This was Penn State’s second loss against an unranked opponent, after upsetting then-No. 3 Princeton two weeks ago.

Other Big Ten teams in this week’s rankings include No. 9 Maryland, No. 10 Ohio State, No. 13 John Hopkins, and No. 16 Rutgers. The only team in the Big Ten that was not included in the rankings was Michigan.

The Nittany Lions will look to rebound from their loss against Navy when it returns home to take on Yale at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, at Panzer Stadium.
