Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest To Return For Third Year In New Location

Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest, a State College beer festival, is set to return with a new location and expanded lineup.

The 2026 festival will be its third year, returning on Sunday, May 24. The event will take place at Penn State’s lacrosse stadium, Panzer Stadium.

The festival, which previously only featured beer, will now offer a wider range of craft beverages. Organizers said that wines, ciders, and spirits will be added to the lineup in the hopes of increasing interest in local taprooms and tasting rooms.

It is expected that around 75 local and regional breweries will attend Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest this year. The event will feature live entertainment and local food vendors to provide attendees with a full experience.

General admission guests can attend the event from 2 to 6 p.m., while VIP guests will get an additional hour before the events start. Ticket sales will begin on March 2 with limited quantities. General admission tickets cost $85, while VIP tickets cost $116.50.

Guests must be 21 years old to attend the festival, and no children will be permitted inside the event venue.

Attendees can visit hoppyvalleybrewersfest.com to receive updates on the event and tickets. Anyone interested in volunteering can apply to join the staff by filling out an online form. Volunteers who complete at least one shift will be granted free access to the festival for the rest of the day.
