Penn State Baseball Unveils 50 Cent Beer Night For Remaining Dollar Dog Nights

As Penn State baseball searches for “W”s in the win column, its marketing team continues to devise more attractive ways, such as their Dollar Dog Night, to get fans into Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

So, get ready to drink, baseball fans, because Penn State just announced a brand new deal that allows fans to buy a 12-ounce beer for only $0.50 during their four remaining Dollar Dog Nights, including Wednesday’s game against UCF.

The promotional event is sponsored by State Light, the official beer of Penn State athletics, which can be served to students 21+ for a measly half-dollar coin. Similar to Dollar Dog Night, fans are only allowed to purchase two beers per trip and ten beers throughout the course of the game. Students must tap their Penn State ID for each purchase to keep track and enforce the maximum beer limit.

However, the 9/9/9 challenge is still achievable and has never been easier or cheaper for any baseball fans, as they can down nine beers and nine hot dogs in nine innings for only $13.50, tax not included.

Onward State, State Light, and Penn State Athletics encourage fans to drink responsibly.
