Penn State Women’s Lacrosse Remains At No. 21 In Latest Inside Lacrosse Poll

Penn State women’s lacrosse remains at No. 21 in the recent Inside Lacrosse Poll

The Nittany Lions played two games this past week. Last Thursday, they took on Oregon and had an impressive 19-goal win over the Ducks.

However, last Sunday the team played No. 4 Northwestern and fell short to the Wildcats. The first half was close, as the team trailed by only two goals by the end of the second quarter.

But a scoring drought late in the second and into the third caused the Nittany Lions to fall behind and suffer a loss to Northwestern.

Penn State returns to the field against No. 9 Johns Hopkins at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at Panzer Stadium.
