Four-Star Linebacker Case Alexander Commits To Penn State Football

2027 four-star linebacker Case Alexander has committed to Penn State football, Hayes Fawcett announced on Sunday.
The Washington, Oklahoma, native is ranked as the No. 7 player in the state, No. 22 linebacker, and No. 266 player in the country, per 247Sports composite rankings.
Alexander finished his junior season with 88 tackles, 10 TFL, 5 sacks, 1 FF, and 1 FR. He also played on the offensive side of the ball, recording 36 receptions for 679 yards and 12 TDs on 18.9 yards per catch.
The linebacker is also a track athlete, running a 11.51 in the 100 as a sophomore, per Athletic.net. He was also a part of the 4×200 and 4×400 relay teams.
Alexander was first offered by Iowa State on April 07, 2024. He picked up his Penn State offer after Matt Campbell made the switch to Happy Valley on December 23, 2025. The Oklahoma native visited Happy Valley for the first time on January 31, 2026.
