Penn State To Host ‘Celebration’ In Honor Of Switch To Adidas

It’s almost Adidas time, folks.

Penn State will host an exclusive fan experience on July 1 to celebrate a new chapter in merchandise as the school switches from Nike to Adidas after 33 years.

The event, which is held at Pegula Ice Arena, will include a pop-up shop, trophy celebrations, and ice cream.

The merchandise store will be open July 1-2 and July 8-1, with hours available here. It will feature Exclusive merchandise representing every Penn State sport, as well as a collectible co-branded gift with purchases while supplies last.

From July 10 through 12, select trophies will be made available for photos.

For football, the 1982 and 1986 national championship trophies, as well as the Pinstripe Bowl, will be there. The wrestling NCAA Championship trophy, Big Ten Tournament Championship trophy, and Big Ten Regular Season Dual Championship trophy will also be in attendance.

For folks into men’s lacrosse, women’s ice hockey, or men’s volleyball, their recent trophies will also be available.

Ice cream will also be available for purchase on July 1, July 10, and July 11. The flavor options will include a limited-edition flavor from the Penn State Berkey Creamery
