Class of 2028 catcher Nolan Fisher has committed to Penn State Baseball, he announced on social media Monday.

He’s the first position player to join the Nittany Lions from the class of 2028.

Hailing from Owen J Roberts High School, Fisher most recently contributed two runs in a 7-2 victory over Muhlenburg in the quarterfinal round of the PIAA Class 6A State Tournament.

The 6-foot, 185-pound catcher has also played at third base, but stats were not available.

Fisher is the second player to commit to Penn State from the class of 2028, joining pitcher Matthew Filiaci.
