Class of 2028 right-handed pitcher Aidan Brokenshire has committed to Penn State baseball, he announced on Tuesday.

Brokenshire currently attends Mount Carmel Area High School in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, less than 75 miles away from Happy Valley.

The 6-foot righty, who also plays the outfield and varsity football at Mount Carmel, went 7-1 with a 2.06 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 37.1 innings across 12 appearances as a sophomore, which included a pair of complete-game shutouts. Additionally, he slashed .406/.500/.594 with 30 RBIs across 21 games at the plate.

He’s one of seven Class of 2028 commits to announce on Tuesday, shortly after the legal window for contact with recruits opened over the weekend.
