Two Penn State Women’s Soccer Stars Named Top Drawer Soccer Preseason Top 100

Penn State women’s soccer players Molly Martin and Bella Ayscue have been named to the Top Drawer Soccer preseason Top 100 Players list, the organization announced on Wednesday.
Martin came in at No. 71, while Ayscue No. 99.
Martin, a midfielder in her final year of eligibility, appeared in all 21 matches for the Nittany Lions in 2025. She tallied one goal and four assists for six total points. In the 2024 season, she started all 25 games for Penn State.
Ayscue finished at the tail end of the list after a breakout sophomore season in which the defender recorded two goals and an assist for five points. She helped anchor a defensive unit that had six shutouts and conceded only 1.19 goals per match.
She was also named a United Soccer Coaches Defender to Watch for the second year in a row.
Martin, Ayscue, and the rest of the Nittany Lions begin the 2026 season on Sunday against No. 2 Notre Dame. The game is set to begin at noon in South Bend, Indiana, and will be aired on ACC Network.
