Move-in week is supposed to mark a fresh start, but for many Penn Staters, it came with a few unwanted surprises.

From dirty apartments and broken furniture to mystery stains, leftover junk, and bedrooms that looked nothing like the tour, some students walked into living situations that were less than ideal.
