Second Chance Student Ticket Pass Available For Purchase September 3
Were you one of the poor, unlucky students who didn’t get season tickets for the student section because of Penn State’s lottery system? Well, you’re in luck … sort of.
Penn State football has announced that season ticket passes will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis this Thursday, September 3, at 8 a.m.
The only catch? The tickets aren’t for the student section — they’re for Section 404.
“Knowing that not every student ticket request could be fulfilled,” Penn State said in an email, “we are pleased to offer an additional opportunity for students to purchase a season ticket for the 2026 Penn State Football season.”
Additionally, students who purchase these tickets solely for resale or transfer will have their tickets revoked. Tickets will cost $246—the same as student section tickets—for an assigned seat in Section 404.
Students must follow all ticket terms and conditions.
