Penn State’s 2026 Involvement Fair Superlatives

On Tuesday, hundreds of student organizations and clubs took to the HUB lawn to promote themselves and attract new members.
The annual involvement fair can leave some students feeling overwhelmed by the many options, but there is a club out there for almost every hobby, interest, or major on campus.
While we can’t actually decide which club is right for you, we can compile a list of some of the many options… superlative style.
Most Likely To Survive On A Deserted Island: Survivor Club

Survivor fans, look no further.
This club recreates episodes of the popular reality television show on campus. They don’t actually stick you on a deserted island in Fiji, but I’m sure the club members would know exactly what to do if that were the case.
Most Likely To Be On Broadway: Thespian Society

One thing about thespians is that they go hard.
Whether it’s during a production of Legally Blonde, a dance rehearsal, or bar karaoke, these people know how to put on a good show.
Broadway is calling!
Most Likely To Skip Class: Esports Club

We have all met someone whose life revolves around gaming. These are some dedicated players who have won countless esports titles in their respective games.
While yes, going to classes may be important, getting that dub is sometimes the most important.
Pinkalicious Award: Delight Ministries

This setup is certainly delightful!
We really loved the pink-on-pink theme they had going on, and the florals they taped to the front of their table really elevated the whole setup. Who doesn’t love free candy?
The ‘Are Those Allowed On Campus?’ Award: Club Archery

Ever wanted to shoot just like Katniss Everdeen? The time is now.
Learn how to master your hand with a bow and arrow through club archery and look badass while doing it.
Most Likely To Travel Through Hyperspace: Star Wars Club

Even though the franchise is almost fifty years old, the Star Wars fanbase is still alive and well.
These folks don’t get to class using a CATA bus; they travel through hyperspace.
Most Likely To Attend Wine Wednesdays: Fermentation Club

Want to learn how to make your own bread, mead, wine, and more? This club sounds like a dream to many college students (including me).
We bet they could make a killer charcuterie board.
Most Likely To Own Countless VPNs: Red Cell

Based at the College of IST, Red Cell teaches members how to use critical thinking to examine a wide range of real-world issues.
The club focuses on understanding the enemy’s mindset to identify weaknesses in today’s security systems. The Penn State football team could learn a thing or two from this org.
Most Likely To Blackout On State Patty’s Weekend: Irish Dance Team

I’m not entirely sure if the members of the club are actually Irish or not, but I’m sure they party hard on State Patty’s weekend regardless.
Most Likely To Own A Geiger Counter: American Nuclear Society

If you love nuclear science and technology, this is definitely the club for you.
The American Nuclear Society table was equipped with cool props, which may or may not have been radioactive.
Most Likely To Win A Riff-Off: The Statesmen

The Statesmen, or as we like to call them, the Treblemakers of Penn State.
Why isn’t there already an annual riff-off between all of the acapella groups at PSU? I can only imagine how incredible that would be.
