Penn State Football Walks Out To Queen’s ‘We Will Rock You’ Against Marshall

Penn State football walked out to “We Will Rock You” by Queen against Marshall in its season opener. The Nittany Lions previously waltzed onto the Beaver Stadium field to “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins with a transition into Penn State staple “Kernkraft 400” by Zombie Nation.

A new era for the Nittany Lions signals a new walk-out song, and Matt Campbell and Co. opted to get the Beaver Stadium crowd riled up with the 70’s rock anthem. The pregame warm-up setlist remained similar to 2025 and years prior, but did provide a little more rock elements, with songs by Alice in Chains and Linkin Park.

The Beaver Stadium crowd cheered the Nittany Lions on loud and proud as they took the field.
